Refund policy

The Vale Mercantile gladly accepts returns for store credit only on apparel and footwear within 30 days from the time your order shipped. Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, or damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are at the expense of the purchaser.  ALL SALES FINAL on home decor, gifts, accessories, seasonal items, sale items, and clearance items. To submit for a return follow the instructions below.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged on return shipments. Please package all items securely.

All returns must meet the above requirements or it will not be accepted.

Return Process-

1. Send an email to thevalemercantile@gmail.com.

2. In the subject line enter “Return Request” along with your order number.

3. In the body enter the name of the item and reason for return.

4. If your item is approved for a return (store credit only & less shipping charges) we will respond with the return address and additional instructions.
